Pac is just a better fighter. That's all that really matters.

Overall speed will be the key. Speed of hand that Manny has over everyone, but most of all, speed of foot. Cotto is a plodder when coming forward and only uses his footwork to stay out of range when he's on the move. He'll never be able to keep up to Pac.

If both fighters agree on the weight, then it means they got no problem with that.
