stamina - cotto was winning against margarito in the first half only to fade in the second half losing by a TKO.
agressiveness - cotto had problems with mosley, margarito and clottey's agressiveness.
power - cotto has a great chin but anyone has problems with power-punchers.

all in all, manny has the stamina, agressiveness, power, and speed that previous opponents of cotto were short of.
