The reason this fight is happening is because Pac saw a weakness in Miguel during the Clottey fight who was at ringside that night. I have confidence in Pac that he can exploit whatever weakness or weaknesses he saw from Miguel. People is forgetting how intelligent/smart and talented Manny is. Manny was actually an honor student before he dropped out of school.
