I'm kinda lazy. I'm very busy just reading my old Thread in ESB, I just bump & copy my old thread there & paste it here. Those Madapaka banned me for no apparent reason. They're even closing my old threads whenever somebody bumps it. Good thing it's so easy to use google to find it.

Here's what I found today, Pac-DLH prediction before the fight was made.

I want Pac to take the opportunity to be the greatest Fighter of all time. It's there.. Why not take it?? And it's a winnable fight with Great rewards.

Who did DLH beat severely???? Small lesser fighter like Forbes is still there being lined up for a title shot against Berto. PBF not even a damage. Mayorga has a big fight with Mosley. Sturm is still in the top. Gatti fought more after DLH.

Now look at Pac??? Who did he destroyed??? MAB & EM retired. Pac makes them shot and look old. Bigger guys like Diaz just looks so ordinary against Pac. Don't underestimate the Power & speed of Pac. I've been watching ATGs like Duran, Leonard, hearns, SRR, Armstrong, Gavilan etc. lately and I can see Pac joining those Greats.

If Pac KOs Hatton and beat DLH, that tells you that Pac can carry his power and Sturdy enough for Cotto. Maybe Arum will be crazy enough to make this fight.

Offence wise Pac can handle Cotto. Pac has longer arms and a much faster guy. Power right now belongs to Cotto but we still have to see the stronger Pac at 135-147. Pac vs Diaz, Hatton/DLH will answer that.

a lot of fans whinning and calling Pac a *****
if the fight will take place at catchweight maybe
at 145. Why? If my memory serves me right. Pac
weighed only 142 on ODLH fight at 147. We know
ODLH weightdrained in that fight and its has been
many years ago since he did his last fight at 147.
If we compare ODLH to Cotto. Its not long time ago
when he moved up from 140 to 147 and in his last
fight he weighed in at 146. So its just 1 lb difference
but the whinning and bitching is too much when we
already know that in fight night Cotto will weigh
in at least between 160 lbs or more compare to Pac's
148 on ODLH fight. So Cotto will have all the
advantages on this fight. Not weight drained. He will
be the taller guy, bigger body frame, stronger, comfortable
in that weight, been with the bigger guys punches harder
than Pac, outweight him by at least 10 lbs or more on
fight night and so on! Those fans saying Pacman is a
***** tell me why? To the neutral fans, will you give
Pac credit on this one if he somehow win this fight?
pac still deserves credit because cotto will still be 10+ lbs bigger than pac....

all cotto gets is a payday, but he better not lose to a former 106 lber.

This is what Ive been saying since the fight was signed. I'm not a hardcore fan of either guy though they're in my top 5 favs, but people are dismissing the style match up and are relying a lot on what Pac did to both Hatton and Oscar. The media can blow you up like a helium balloon and can bring you down just as easy, and a lot of fans have bought into it. It reminds me too much of how Trinidad was being blown up in the media to take the win over Bernard leading into a big fight with Roy (which would've been Tito's next fight). Bernard became a household name in the fight world with that win, and I see the same scenario playing out with with Cotto and Pacquiao.

Cotto only needs a few clean punch to ko Pac however great he is. Just to much size difference there for this former flyweight. I will be happy if Im wrong and show again his greatness to us.
Why can't you Pac bashers give Pac credit of what he has accomplished? Why can't you just say that Pac is that so good. You can't distort the fact and say otherwise. Pac made DLh quit on his stool and that's the truth. He had all the time and money to make the weight properly. He even recruited Dundee to be is advisor and still came up short. Nobody will ever know how DLH would have fared against Pac if he rehydrated to his real weight. The fact will not change because of that. All your speculations are just that, speculations.

I heard the same "DLH is so big & strong, even a single-handed Oscar will blow Pac away", or "Ricky is undedeated at 140 and is so powerful" ****s, but look what happened. They were all silenced by the God-fearing Pac.

Its laughable that these people think Pac will just stand there and take Cotto's punches. They don't even have any idea how Pac has improved by leaps and bounds in the last 203 years.

Hate has a remarkable way of completely shutting your eyes from seeing the truth, doesn't it?

Pac KO's Cotto in Round 7.
