Floyd, who doesnt rehydrate over 150 is a small welterweight... cotto who rehydrates to 160+ is a bigger welterweight...
Thats my opinion anyways

alot of naturally bigger fighters drains themselves then balloons up alot more than their opponents to get a size advantage ...
They do it all the time.
