I never said that Cotto would look like Oscar, infact I believe I said the exact opposite that Oscar messed up badly and it is doubtful that Cotto would mess up that bad. That still does not mean cutting extra weight would have zero effect on him, also Cotto does not look to have the best stamina to begin with (many fights point to this).
An unhealthy man can never expect to beat a healthy man (weight drained), but a smaller man can beat a bigger man if he is good enough.
I do not know how it will play out, I have to see what happeans before I truly judge, but my money will be going on Pacman and the lower the weight the more secure I will feel in my bet (at 147 I would still most likely bet on Pacman but I would think harder about my choice).
