    I can't argue with that.

Mosley vs any of these guys would be good. I don't see a Mosley Pacquiao fight ever coming off and in the slim chance that it does, Pacquiao will fight Cotto and Mayweather first so that means Mosley would have to wait atleast a year for that fight. You think he would fight someone to stay fresh. Whats he going to do? Take a year off and pop up and try and get a big pay day? Its been six months since mosley won the WBC welterweight title yet why do we never have any reports of him having a mandatory or being threatened of having his belt stripped. In the big picture its not a big deal but I'm just wondering.

I know, and if you read my reply carefully, I said that if you think Mosley vs Clottey would be boring that means you don't think much of Mosley, because the Cotto-Clottey fight was very exciting: so if Mosley vs Clottey did turn out to be boring, that would not be Clottey's fault. And anyway, I don't remember either Clottey or Mosley ever being in a boring fight, so I don't know where you get your idea from unless you just don't like Mosley.

Some people said that would be the case for Cotto-Clottey too, but it wasn't. It was an extremely close and exciting fight that many analysts scored narrowly to Clottey.

Beating the #3 ranked Welterweight would certainly add to his legacy. Other than rematching Cotto, it's by far the best fight he could have, from a legacy point of view. And Cotto isn't available in the short term, which means it's by far the best legacy fight he could have this year.

I doubt Berto would fight him, unfortunately, because he knows he would probably lose. And if Clottey gave Mosley hell like he gave Cotto hell, there would simply be no comparison with Tackie, who was always outclassed when he fought the elite. If he lost very narrowly to Mosley, his place as the #3 Welterweight would be further cemented, not diminished.

Winky and Forrest were both able to win due to their height advantage, which is why Mosley doesn't want to fight Williams. But Clottey has no height advantage.

Id say Clottey vs Williams, and Berto vs Mosley
