How come you dont have the part where Clottey steps out of the corner unscathed and shakes his head no. As if Cotto punches like a *****, in your sig?

Punching arms and missing jabs dont mean you win. Clottey beat Cotto in all the boxing criteria. Apparently MSG doesn't care about boxing criteria. If you are the fan favorite you win automatically.

but that's not what happened at all. clottey outlanded cotto in "real" punches for probably 10 of the rounds. real punches are defined by punches that hit the other man in the face or body not his gloves or arms which cotto was mostly doing. in fact cotto landed probably half of his punches in that 6th round so your point is defending clottey more than cotto.

clottey should be champ too(real champ no michael jennings wbo belt) but it's cotto's fault. so you are gonna punish clottey cause cotto screwed him?
clottey blamed cotto but it was him who hadnt fought noone since august even though he had a mandatory. Its not cottos fault anyways weather u like it or not it was for cottos belt not clotteys former belt and it doesnt matter if u like cotto if u think or dont think he should have a belt u dont make does decisions so it doesnt matter cotto was champ and clottey let it slip away

Your point would be valid in some fights but not this one. Normally you can land less if you throw the more effective harder shots. Or if like you said a fighter wins a couple rounds huge padding the punch stats and doesn't throw much in other rounds. Problem is Clottey threw the harder more effective shots and also out landed Cotto in most of the close rounds.

umm no the first round cotto knocked him down the second round was real close the third round i had cotto win the fourth round cotto landed the harder shots the 6th round cotto threw and landed more the 11th round was about even in landed but cotto threw more and controlled the pace of whole round and 12th round cotto threw and outlanded clottey so your thing kinda fails and even if you outland in a round doesnt mean you win because even lampley though cotto won the 10th when clottey outlanded him 18-14 but cotto had the 2 hardest shots of the round in the last 5 seconds

11Th was close AND THE 12TH Cotto won...Doesn't change the fact Clottey landed harder, cleaner, and more shots through the whole fight.
