Punching arms and missing jabs dont mean you win. Clottey beat Cotto in all the boxing criteria. Apparently MSG doesn't care about boxing criteria. If you are the fan favorite you win automatically.

how is it cottos fault that clottey didnt fight his mandatory. why stayed inactive for 10 you could of fought a tomato can just for some spare change instead of waiting around

he didnt have a mandatory till recently. do some research. the eliminator between rodriguez and hlatschwayo ended in a draw. then when clottey already signed to fight cotto they come out of nowhere and demand he fight hlatschwayo. cotto could have filed the paperwork to get an exception but he didnt.

maybe cotto didnt want that belt. same way many fighters dont want a belt because it will take money out of you purse. for example calderon dont want another belt because for each belt that he has they take 3 percent of what he makes. he doesnt eat with belts. clottey should of fought someone. it was his belt he should of done everything possible to keep it

Clottey doesn't get the respect he deserves. He was a champion before the fight but not everyone takes that into consideration.

and it doesnt change the fact that cotto won the 6th and had a close round 10 with clottey and won the first round 10 -8 and had a case for winning rounds 3 and i though won round 4 so saying that and how u said 11 was close those 2 rounds and the one i mentioned which either cotto won clearly or were really close there u see how the fight could have gone to cotto
