Amir Khan, 22, should not feel too disappointed over the postponement of his WBA world title showdown against Andrei Kotelnik, 31. The fight was originally due to take place at London’s O2 Arena on the 27th of June, it will now take place at Manchester’s MEN arena on the 18th of July, after Kotelnik pulled out of the first date with a tooth infection. Khan gets boo'd by most british fans anyway, they just hope he fails....cos they think hes "overrated"...well alot of it comes down to race aswel but cant be arsed getting into that...
He got loads of Boo's at the Barrera fight but im not sure if its cos barrera had such a huge amount of fans there...or cos the people dont like khan...
Anyway maybe it will shut up a few critics if he wins...most will stil find an excuse to say how **** he is anyway -
I get the feeling Khan will never shut his critics up no matter how much or little he goes on to achieve in his career. The vultures have been circling around him for a while now, waiting for another chance to swoop in.
I'm not his biggest fan but I like watching him fight, with a chin like that u never know whats going to happen, unpredictability is a good thing in my book (for a spectators point of view). And he's attack minded.Comment

Ye in enjoy his fights, alot of action, if he gets a good defense it will make the fights even better cos you know he COULD win, but u will keep thinking "1 good shot and hes down" but in honesty i do think his heart is good, which is something people tend to overlook, after the prescott knock down (i know he wasnt really in a state to continue lol) but i was suprised he even got back up...so im sure he might go down easy but he will get back up...
And i agree...i dnt think he will ever shut the critics up...Comment

as I said months ago the barrera fight was bull****.it should have been stopped in the 1st not a few seconds after the fight would go to the cards.I also said if khan actually thinks he beat a legend he is an idiot & it's only a matter of time until he gets destoyed again great handspeed or not roach can't teach him to take a punch.the reason he gets booed in Britain is he hasn't done **** but he talks a great game.the only way anyone will stop hacking on him is if he fights Prescott again.I bet alot of British fans see another audley Harrison.Comment

So changing the venue to the MEN will make him fight better!?
This guy Khan is well overrated in my opinion,he's taking an easy option for a world title and he hasn't even bothered with a British title shot against the likes of Murry etc.
His last fight proved nothing.....I'd like to see him put on he's ass again!Comment
