But what you fail to mention is how your hero has ducked him on multiple occasions. Who did Cotto fight to get his title? It wasn't Paul Williams. And Arum and Cotto were a hundred miles and running when Paul schooled Margarito. You need to be consistent and not use double standards.

Dude, You are wrong again Paul-Margarito fought in July 14, 2007. on June 9, 2007 (1 month before) Cotto fought Zab Judah and on that same year Cotto went and fought Mosley. at that moment both fighter were more established and had more standing therefore more revenue than Paul Williams. True that Paul has development in to a monster after that but Cotto was facing better quality oponents at the moment than Paul Williams.

Paul Williams started to make his name after Margarito even though he lost to a Quintana after Margarito a guy that Cotto had demolished already.

I'm not saying with this that Paul can't beat Cotto because i beleive he will, if they fight but your statement about Cotto ducking Paul is not accurate.

The one thread said that Pacquiao demanded Arum to make the fight with Cotto for November.I wonder why? Could it be that after 6 rounds, Cotto seems to get tired and retreat? Not quite. He tried to outbox Margarito and got a busted nose for his troubles which did cause him to run and eventually gas out. However, it was from a broken nose not stamina problems. The Jennings fight didn't even last 6 rounds, and he outboxed and outworked Clottey on Saturday while bearing a cut that required like 28 stiches. What else was he supposed to do?

I understand what you're saying and it's a fair opinion. Arum calls the shots on Cotto and Pacquiao's career, I grasp that. It's just that he's a snake by saying that the winner of the Margarito-Williams fight would get a shot at Cotto and he never followed through with it. And this was while they were ranked the #1 and #2 Welterweights, marketability aside. Williams called Mayweather and Cotto out in that post-fight interview after that victory over Margarito and neither one of them responded. It's just that I replied to a poster that said Mosley was scared ****less of Paul Williams, when we all know that his lack of economic strength is why Cotto would never fight him either. It's called double standards.
