Mosley is tougher than Cotto for pac IMO and I do want to see both. Cotto makes more sense right now as its more a more even match to hold us out till PBF vs Pac

So Cotto overcomes a cut over the eye for 9 rounds to beat Joshua Clottey who arguably beat both Margarito and Baldomir if not for unfortunate circumstances/perhaps plaster. A legitimate top 5 if not top 3 at WW and owns a W over Shane Mosley the current consensus welterweight champ.

absolutley cotto isnt the best welter in the division, im having a hard time just saying hes better than clottey, although i do think cotto won, cotto is as of sat the weakest of the top welters by and far. mosley called out pacyow mosley much better than cotto at this point its absurd to target the weakest guy it goes against everything a true pnd for pnd should be.how convienent after pac saw cottos weak vulnerable performance he tells arum to make the fight, ive seen this movie before ricky hatton all over again.

well read closer, roach clearly said cotto is shot, hes not the same he looked like crap against jennings, what i want to know if he is shot which he clearly is on the decline why target him? and also roach said mosley is NOT ON THE RADAR!

floyd got a 'tune-up' match against a smaller JMM but Manny can't have his own version of a 'tune-up' match against a bigger Cotto? as a boxing fan i wouldn't be too disappointed with the fight with cotto because for one manny is moving at least 5 pounds in weight. let's say mosley is the best WW today, wouldn't it be more interesting for you to see Pac get accustomed to the weight and then make them fight when both of them are comfortable? i think it's not too much to ask considering (you definitely heard this before) he came from 106.

about roach, mosley not being on the radar was before he said he wants floyd, cotto and/or mosley before he retires. maybe it's parkinsons, roach is a bit confused himself

not me ive always maintained mosley much better fight and the best welter aside from williams out there,since he beat marg which in my opinion was the best before he lost to mosley.

Pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao has ordered his promoter Bob Arum to make the fight with WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto. Arum already has a date set down on paper, November 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao sat ringside and watched Cotto win a split decision over Joshua Clottey in New York's Madison Square Garden.

dude, em, mab and jmm were not early in manny's career... he was already considered in the pound for pound list shortly after he beat mab the first time around...

dude stop with the weight excuses its a bunch uf bs, floyd was 108 when he started, pac destroyed hoya, at 147 and weighd almost 150 fight night heavier than hoya,this is just turning into the pacman fanshow, these are fights that wont even present a challenge the pac is fighting noww, mosley floyd and jmm are the only fights pac should fight as none of those are damaged or have been stopped and are doing very well in their stages of their careers.pac has had 3 tuneups in arow enuff is enuff already!
