something is really fishy here......1st floyd declared his comeback on the pac vs hatton fight night....now,after cotto's victory over clottey which is a very goodwin for him, suddenly floyd's injured?.........i think someone is childishly insecured that another fighter is again overshadowing this punk....so he feels the need to play important.....what a piece of **** floyd is....

I can't believe how i am reading Cotto's name from left to right on this Mayweather thread like if Cotto did not get a gift dec last night. I gave Cotto his props, but damn Cotto stans will never grow balls and admit that Clottey should be the WBO Champion right now.

There you go that settles it, Paq is the draw. 60/40 split for Paq who can sell during recession. After all he said he doesn't need boxing, boxing needs him and misses him. Ticket sales do show that everyone is onto Mayweather handpicking his fights. They're only going to dish out cash to see him lose. There are 2 big potential fights that people will buy, either a Paq or a Mosley fight. I wonder now if PBF will officially retire now. His record is everything to him, he doesn't want a blemish so he may finish up with marquez then give the same speech as Delahoya did about not being able to fight at a competitive level. I expect something along the lines of age, physical wear and tear (hands, ribs), and that he has nothing left to prove in the sport crap and that his legacy is secured.

Mayweather was sparring with Paul Spadafora who's been away from the game for like the last century. If you recall he owned PBF back then. haha

Man, I wonder if Floyd is trying to get back at HBO for something. Isn't HBO taking a financial hit by having that 24/7 show set up and then having to cancel it or at least postpone it? Mayweather may feel bitter at HBO. He didn't make those racial comments for nothing about HBO being biased against black fighters.

Mayweather is simply bad for boxing. Forget the ticket purchases, hotel reservations, airline flights all paid to attend this fight, but Floyd is NOT hurt. It's not coincedental that Floyd did this right after the Cotto fight knowing he has 1 fight on his contract under Arum that he can buy out? There is no mystery that Cotto is salty with Arum for defending Margarito. Which fight is more appealing? Cotto vs Mayweather or JMM vs Mayweather? Mayweather doesnt make the fight with Cotto NOW (whom he has a negotiating advantage) then the megafight goes to Manny. Manny beats Cotto, then that fight is no good and Floyd loses ALL negotiating power in that fight. Cotto beats Manny and he STILL loses negotiating power in that fight. Floyd's ego is not going to allow him to take short money anymore. But its ****ed up he is ****ting on fans because he wants to screw Arum.
