Lol, he did blow it considering they were fighting in NY where Cotto is the second coming of Tito Trinidad. There was no way Clottey was gonna win a decision in a fairly close fight, Clottey's fault, he should have let his hands go.

He couldn't stop the uppercut. He blew his wad in the first six rounds then started back pedaling. He was clearly affected by Clottey's shots (and Clottey is not a big puncher). Josh just didn't put enough pressure on Miguel last night (although I still think he deserved the decision).

Antonio Margarito would have put that pressure on Cotto. If it was Tony in there with Miguel last night, the fight would have been over by the 9th round.
Never mind that he had a 28 stitch gah over his eye and was fighting a guy who can actually block a punch. Plasterito's plasterless punches wouldn't do **** and he would get the **** kicked out of him. Face it your boy without his plaster is just a good punching bag.

I agree, I saw nothing new from Cotto, only that he is slower than before. He should learn something new from a new trainer, or Pacquiao may beat him.

You'd have to favour Margarito to hurt him again at some point during 12 rounds. Too much pressure, and Cotto isn't exactly a cardio machine.

Margarito has the style to beat Cotto

it's that simple and it seems Cotto has gotten slower since that loss.... strange

Nah, he is the same speed. Clottey is just faster than him like I pointed out before the fight.

He didn't seem super fast in his Jennings fight either..
