Margarito would have made Cotto quit again last night

well being that margarito would be without his much needed plaster i'm sure cotto would knock him the **** out late in the fight. cotto kept backing away from clottey because he needed to keep that eye free of blood. so he backed up from rope to rope while pawing at his eye and then he would engage clottey. margarito without his plaster hits about as hard as paulie malignaggi. cotto would bury that fool in the ring.

GTFOH Cotto was running from Clottey because he gassed just like he did in th Marg fight. The fight last night would have had the same ending as the Marg fight if Clottey threw 90 punches a round like Marg does.

The way I see it any good boxer that can pressure Cotto is going to have success. It's a style that has giving him the most trouble and last nights fight with Clottey showed it again. If that would have been Margarito...he would have lost. Weather Margarito has plaster or not...Cotto would have lost. He would not have been able to keep up with with Margarito's work load or the volume of punchs that Margarito would have kept coming at him with. I'd love to see a rematch between the two to settle this whole debate once and for all. Although I believe the outcome of the fight would be no different from the outcome in there first fight.

I'm sorry people, but I didn't see anything new from Miguel that would make me think he could survive 12 hard rounds with Antonio Margarito. He couldn't stop the uppercut. He blew his wad in the first six rounds then started back pedaling. He was clearly affected by Clottey's shots (and Clottey is not a big puncher). Josh just didn't put enough pressure on Miguel last night (although I still think he deserved the decision). Antonio Margarito would have put that pressure on Cotto. If it was Tony in there with Miguel last night, the fight would have been over by the 9th round.

Cotto lost the Margo fight on the second rd when he got his nose busted the way he did, Margarito on Shane fight didn't even put a scratch on Shane, you honestly think Margarito will hit as hard as he did on their first fight? I know Margo can bring it but I saw a totally different fighter his last time out and Cotto stamina looked better than when he fought Margo. Shoule be a good fight, Cotto willing to give it to him, believe that ****? props to Cotto

Mosley should have won that first match, because he has the chin to pull off that strategy as well. I believe he wins the rematch with ****m as the trainer. The only reason Shane lost was because he spent almost the entire first half of that fight trying to out box Cotto instead of taking it to him from the opening bell.
