I say it was very close and the decision could have gone either way.

the leg injury was clearly faked.

how did he go from hopping around it.

to hobbling around on it right when mercante wanted to call a time in?

then he stood in the corner the entire round trying to let cotto tire.

only to cost himself another round.

clottey had the wrong game plan.

Other fights have nothing to do with what happened tonight, they both came in towards each other at the same time.

I don't think it was a fake. The camera angle did not show how he got the injury but that cotto judo move may have cause his to twist his ankle or something.

The tittle of this thread is ******. Cotto throwed 101 more punches with a cut eye and scored the only KO in the fight. Is not like Clottey hurt Cotto with any of his punches.

Cotto was more active and I had the fight 115-113 for Cotto.

He was hopping around pretty well after that in the latter rounds. Clottey should be awarded an Oscar for his good acting skills during that fight.

agree, it was a close fight, but come on people dont say if cottos eye wasnt cut he would have dominated clottey more, unless i was watching a whole nother fight it looked like around round 7 cotto started getting tired and backpedaled and look fatigued and wobbly, i think if clottey had a lil more power and killer instinct he coulda got cotto outta there

CompuBox numbers were off, I had Cotto outlandling Clottey in rounds 10-12.
