I liked both fighters but Cotto showed heart fighting with a cut. And that is in no way a gift decision. Clottey gave the last 2 rounds away.

I was actually at the fight tonite. It was as crazy an atmoaphere as ive ever been in. Alot of people are complaining that cotto got a gift decision. At the fight i thought cotto won 7-5. As soon as i got home, i watched the replay on my dvr. After seeing the fight on tv, i actually had it 6-6. With the 1st rd ko of clottry, cotto would be ahead on the scorecards. So, imo, he won.

Cotto landed two good left hooks at in the last 30 seconds of the 11th and Clottey won the first two and a half mins, come on man the 11th was a clear Clottey round. Those two punches also did nothing.

What a joke. Im diasppointed that Boxingscene would post an article with such a title. This was a close fight that couldve gone either way ffs! Why does everything have to be a "robbery" or a "gift"?

And im a Clottey guy. But im more pissed that he gave away the fight rather than pissed at the decision. I scored it even.

You're thinking of the 10th. That was the round Cotto nearly stole with the two left hooks at the end(I still gave it to Clottey).

Cotto CLEARLY won the 11th and 12th, it isn't even debatable.
