      This is the dumbest article of all-time. Cotto worked harder, Cotto looked sharper, and he fought through a cut caused by a headbutt.

      He was stronger at the end, and clearly in control.

      The bias in this review is asanine.

      Of course he looked "beatable"; everyone looks beatable. He was also facing perhaps the best fighter ever put in front of him, short of Shane Mosley.

      You know what? He still won.

      There was no gift; no robbery; just a solid win for Cotto.

      It was a good enough fight to warrant a rematch down the road.

        Cotto tires late? That's why he won the last 2 rounds against Mosley & Clottey and why he knocked Judah in the 11th.

        Think before you type.

          He runs, but that shiny belt he kept and the "$10 Million to Fight Pacquiao Next" ticket he earned last night are gonna slow him down though.

            If cotto would of not got that cut. he would of dominated the fight.

            but clottey did a great job (dirty fighter thou)

            I haven't seen the fight yet, but I will see it as soon as I get home. I have heard a lot about it already, but I really dont think that Cotto is damaged goods, not yet. The writer is just talking nonsense right now. I also believe that Clottey is dirty, he did the same thing to Judah, but with Judah it got to bad and they to stop the fight......

              He's not a runner. That's just flaming. He was protecting his eye.

              edit;
              I don't think he's damaged goods...he's recovering mentally and emotionally from the cheato fight. That fiasco probably took a lot of wind out of his sails, but i think we haven't seen the best of Cotto yet. He needs some wins to get his confidence back....who wouldn't?

              He's polishing his style now, and he's young, 28. Damaged goods? No way.

                I completely disagree with this writers analysis of last night's fight. I also disagree with Manny Steward's comentary. I was 100% rooting for Clottey, but he did exactly what I thought he would - JUST ENOUGH TO LOSE. On the bright side, maybe Floyd will publically target a showdown with Cotto. MAYBE.

                    I meant one point, two at the most.
