Its **** like this that sincerely makes me worried that Mayweather-Pac may not happen. Arum protecting his fighters and sacrificing the matches that the fans really want to see..

How can there be any conversation about Pavlik and Abraham is not brought up??? what weight is Kelly fighting at? He needs to worry about HIS division.


When Kelly won the MW linear championship, he said all the right things, he wants to become a MW legend and take on all the best fighters. He is completely going the other way. Why doesn't he look at Hopkins' reign? Hopkins beat EVERYONE at MW and ruled the division with an iron fist. That's how you become an ATG, not by cherry picking and dodging your top competitors. This is really pissing me off, Kelly could really make something of himself if he beats Sturm and Abraham. There are plenty of MW prospects that could make it to contender status within the next 2 years plus PWill is out there. Just fighting all those guys will make Kelly tremendously popular and earn him much props from the whole boxing community.

Arum is pissing me off with all this, he talks **** about every fighter not in his stable and he's been trying to force crap down our throats like Pavlik-Duddy. Kelly proved he belongs around the top but he hasn't proved he can stick around the top. The things he is saying about Floyd are true, but he's being a total hypocrite by cherry picking for Kelly.

What happens if Kelly moves up and gets blasted out? Then he's really damaged goods. If he goes up and wins, he still won't be able to run things at SMW with boxers like Bute and Kessler (i guess he still counts??) out there. He could make way more $ if he was developed against good MW's like Sturm and takes out all his comp at MW.
