The Duran fight would've been @ 150. Duran was inconsistent around this time but even then, he struggled more with slick boxers like Benitez, Laing, and a Leonard who turned dancer for the bout. Pryor, despite his tricky herky jerky defense, wasn't the hardest target in there, and would be right within range. Duran was the more polished fighter and likely would have won.
ok when u said duran, i thought 140 automatically. at 140, duran woulda caught a serious beatdown. idk about 150 though

          Based on what?

Pryor beating the aging Antonio Cervantes who had 100 pro fights already, or an Alexis Arguello who had over 80+ pro fights and peaked two divisions below? His struggles with Dejuan Johnson and Akio Kameda?

The only advantages Pryor has over Duran are workrate and maybe hand speed, and even in those areas, Duran was very good. Duran's defense was better, he was way more polished and less sloppy, more variety of punches, better jab, better versatility.

          Christ Pryor gets overrated.

to be totally honest, i based it on the fact that i loved aaron pryors style, and relentless pressure. and that when i watched hearns-duran, i saw how easily duran was fainted out of position. and i see how pryors movement sets up alot of his combos. just speculstion really.....
