    roberto duran versus davey moore

    man duran beat the hell out of moore...is this the fight where he got his swag back???..what they say"no mas no moore"lol..duran destroyed moore..great fight

      thats one of the all time worst ass whuppins ever seen in a ring. moores face was all messed up, and he took the real beating to the body. showed mad heart staying in there as long as he did but he was outmatched and then some.

          yea duran revamped his career in that fight...i was like ****..duran was a killer in that fight

              yea man he was looking to rebuild himself, got that fire back. the asswhuppin he gave cuevas was pretty bad too. but he wasnt able to hang in there as long as moore. thats how he got f.ucked up, had that animal in front of him who just wouldnt relent n moore just kept taking it. duran was a beast.

                    On hindsight it would be ridiculous to assume that anyone with just 12 professional fights could compete with Duran but Moore was on a really good run at the time, having beaten several highly regarded light middleweights in decisive fashion.

                    Moore did later go onto beat Benitez who was also on the downhill slide but he was no longer what he used to be. He lost some and won some in the next five years and his comeback attempt ended in 1988 when died in a car accident at just 28 years of age.
