All in all, he still hasnt done much.
    He's done more than Cotton.

    Never got KO'd..

Didn't succumb to the mexican plaster.

Won a title at 147 and soon to win one at 154.

    Williams actually WON a title.

Cotto just squats on VACANT titles.

Williams didn't succumb to tony's plaster.

Cotton folded like a cheap card table.

The fight was not a shut out so Williams didnt lose all 12 rounds like you are implying. The first round KO was a much bigger statement. A

They should've had a 3rd fight if u ask me.
Yeah, since Quintana has done so much since then, right? It's funny how one minute you say Williams hasn't done much, but somehow Williams needs to fight Qunitana a third time when Quintana has absolutely nothing to offer at this point.

Margarito truly blew up b/c he had a watershed moment with Cotto that was perfect for him. Everyone was watching, the fight had enough starpower and the action was exciting. I have a feeling he's getting closer to the fight that will make him a serious shotcaller but he really hasn't nailed it yet.
Yeah...that's why his fight with Mosley was on basic HBO.

the whole point of this thread was.....befor people startin bitchin', was that Williams is not a big draw that would be good for HUGE fights with big names.

knowone can argue that he's not a big draw.
