ye hopkins hit him with a few right hands,and that was about it.but whatever ur a hater there is no point in trying to talk sense into you so il just let u think ur right so u feel ok

he landed the only clean punches of the fight, the only hard punches of the fight, did the only damage in the fight, and scored with brilliant defense and ring generalship too. but lets just agree to disagree on who won the fight.

why should joe have left 5 years earlier??he was the champ. should floyd mayweather fight somewhere other than las vegas then? i find it hilarious when people say fight hopkins in his prime when they have him p4p number 3. dont even start with dawson.

ray robinson was p4p king long after his best days. hopkins was still a great fighter when joe fought him, he was still amongst the best in the world. but he still used to be even better than that a few years earlier.

dawsons record bitchslaps kesslers and lacys. and hes in his prime unlike hopkins and jones. IMO it would be the greatest win of joes career (except for a legit BHop win) had he beaten dawson. who has johnson, harding, adamek and a past prime but still game tarver on his record.

johnson is still in his prime. tarver is still game and amongst the best 5 in the division. jones isnt even top15 and certainly not game. dawson doesnt have the power to get whoever unlike calzaghe. calzaghe fighting hopkins wasnt wrong, but fighting jones was. we both know what tarver and johnson did to roy.

as for the rematches, with tarver there was a clause. he had no choice. rematching johnson is great, i was a fan of dawson, but when he got that close decision and didnt give glen a rematch i couldnt be his fan no more. now he is so im a fan again. a real fighter gives rematches in close fights. i wish joe had given hopkins one, not saying he isnt a real fighter just he shouldve given bernard a rematch.
