according to GMA TELEVISION interview with pacman, he wants to fight mayweather jr in oct. He even said that he likes to fight that talk smack
or talk to much... and pacman was talking about mayweather jr.
pacman is willing to give mayweather the lion share just to make this
fight happen.

Arum can say whatever he wants to, but he said that his say - in what Pac does - is minimal. (I read this today btw) He can't dictate what Pac does or is gonna do, all he can do is layout the options and make some suggestions.

Just look at what happened in the Hatton negotiations, Arum had to come out of pocket to make it happen. If Pacquiao wants to fight Mayweather, he will.
