The actual article I read had nothing to do with the negotiations of this rematch. It was actually about how HBO's boxing budget is on empty. It alluded to the Dawson-Tarver rematch contributing to that. And I suspect HBO's tight budget is why the Glen-Chad rematch is probably gonna take place in November because of dried up TV dates.
I don't see why the fight can't be in September despite HBO's so called "tight budget". Another 6 month wait for Dawson is just fu***ing ******, he waited 8 months to fight Tarver again. Dawson should be fighting 3 times every year. HBO should understand that.
