Mosley will KO him again, and unless he fights below 147 he isn't getting Pacquiao who would probably beat him anyway. So the Cotto rematch makes more sense.

i know you will think i'm crazy, but pacquiao would whoop his ass, even if he is much smaller. Margarito is far too slow for manny, manny's speed is incredible,and he has great stamina, to fight at a hight pace and high speed for 12 rounds

Marg's chin finally looked like it had soften up in that Mosley fight. I remember a few rounds before the Knockout that Tony was lookin like he might leave that fight in a ambulance. I think his chin is borderline gone, the same way Mayorga's chin finally started to soften up. If he can adapt and start movin his head, he might be able to give us some great fights. But if he goes back to eatin shots like he does, lol he won't last much longer.

the logical thing after a 10 rd tune up (prob @ 150 lbs) is for tony to fight Cotto (if he wins vs Clottey) in PUERTO RICO, then try to avenge his loss to Mosley. If he loses any of those two make the move to 154lbs and see wus good there.
Margo is the only one that would actually go to PR to fight cotto if his ban is lifted. (specially after all the cheating acusations)
like it or not he is coming back and YOU know ud rather see Margo v Cotto than mosley v cotto.

Yep...you hit it on the head. The Cotto - Marg. re-match should take place in Puerto Rico if Tony wants to rehab his image. Traveling to Cotto's house would show some real character and honor on Margarito's behalf, and would make it easier for American promoters to once again book him for fights in Vegas and LA.

His request is almost comical.
He and some of his dumb fans actually believe him, he can just step right in to the top where good and great fighters( that did not cheat) are waiting in line for big pay days.
Mosley has nothing to Prove to him, Pac should and would not waste his time with him, Floyd knows there is no money at his lowly level and if Cotto is smart (Cotto the fighter who gave him his first chance to shine but was backstabbed), he should keep Margarito as his "ace in the whole" and fight him way and I mean way down the line. Cotto can lose 5 fights in a row and people will always be interested in seeing a possible rematch with Margacheato hense "ace in the hole".
He also needs to stop underestimating everyone's intelligence. Not all of us are as dumb as him.
FOR HIS FANS:
If Margacheato is so good or great, then he can work his way back to respect, because the guys that are on top are already on top and don't need him. Fight up and comers that have potential or are in a similar position as him...Angulo,Kirkland (if he is freed). He is lucky to not have been banned for life.
