I really hope this doesn't happen. I've always respected them for refusing to fight each other; it's not a recognition of them being in it for the money rather than the 'legacy', it's simply a recognition of the fact there are more important things in life than boxing. And, hard as it may seem to believe sometimes, there are.

What if either of them was seriously hurt? It can and does happen in a boxing ring. It must be hard enough if you barely know your opponent, but what if he was your own brother?

I thought the aim in there life was to hold the title at the same time, if it did happen it would be like Barrett against Rahman. I would like to see Wlad take on Povetkin and Vitali take on Haye.

Okay... this makes the fact that the Chagaev fight is for The Ring belt even more bull****.

I guess it doesn't matter if they end up fighting though, because the winner will take the belt.

God, I have never hoped a fight happens more... which is weird, because I don't even like the heavyweight division... it's definitely my least favorite. Big guys with no stamina and low punching volume is just not my cup of tea.

Wlad is not only the better technical fighter but has also approx. twice as much boxing experience as Vitali.

Because of Vitali's low left he could look like after the Lennox fight with his left face being a mess.

Wlad should first fight Valuev though to have fought a taller boxer.
