Wlads punch resistance and maybe stamina problems? And I can't really think of any Vitalis weaknesses. Older maybe? Not as strong as he once was? I don't know what kind of weaknesses Vitali would have, its definitely not his chin and he seems to have fairly good stamina even at 37-38 years old of age.

Vitali is slower, and doesn't have the technical ability that Wladimir has. Also, it is said that Wladimir is the harder puncher. But, Vitali has the better chin and has that mean streak in him.

This fight would be huge, yet would probably be very low contact, as I doubt either brother would really press to hurt the other, and would likely both hold back should one get hurt.

I'm sure they wouldn't mind having a sparring session for a huge amount of money since they probably spar with each other on a regular basis.

The problem is whether the public will buy it.

One brother pairing that I believe went almost all out on each other were the Norris brothers (Orlin & Terry). They supposedly had some real wars in the gym.

This is true. I had a friend that lived in San Diego for awhile and worked out with both of them. They were brutal on each other and sparring parners as well from what I was told.
