Chagaev is a very skilful boxer. Did you see his win over Valuev? In betting terms he'll certainly be given more of a chance than Haye was.

Turned out to be five weeks rather than three, and no one could even guarantee that. Back injuries are not as predictable as you seem to think. If Wlad had agreed to a second date and Haye had pulled out again, Wlad would be in **** street. He was right to take the fight with Chagaev, and it's for The Ring title so it's a much more meaningful fight in any case, although it is likely to be less entertaining to watch. Wlad should get massive props for taking a fight against a southpaw who is ranked #3 in the world at such short notice, and when he hasn't trained for a southpaw. The people who are criticising him for it are being ridiculous. If it had been any fighter other than Wlad, in those circumstances, he'd be getting major props from everyone. The hate he gets is just crazy.
