I understand the fact that Pac vs Floyd is at the forefront of the Boxing world now, but Mosley is still apart of the equation. Many believe he should go for Cotto in a rematch (me included), but I have no doubt in my mind that Mosley doesn't want to see that fight happen being Cotto can be a big monkey wrench in Mosley's last attempt at being the #1 fighter (which beating Floyd or Pacquiao could propell him there).

But he's proven he's still one of the elites in the sport and deserves a big fight with either a Pacquiao or Mayweather. I don't know any other way Mosley could've made a bigger impact than the way he did last January.
Mosley is a great fighter but right now he ain't in the $ equation.
If he is scared to fight another fighter because he may miss his
chances for a Pac/Floyd fight then he should just retire because
obviously he ain't getting one from either no time soon. He would
be smart to unify the WW division. If he beats the winner of Cotto/
Clottey or even Berto who is highly overrated but respected it helps
Shane chances to get Pac/Floyd. If he thinks that he can't beat Cotto/Clottey/Williams or Berto, why is he so sure that he will beat Pac/Floyd? The 2 best in the sport? Obviously it's about paper.
Shane needs to make a drastic decision about his career or he will
    continue to play himself.

Hatton insulted Floyd after the Castillo fight.

He wrote a check with his mouth that his ass couldn't cash.

That is correct. He insulted Floyd by calling him a boring fighter. How does that constitute to him calling him out again?

What did Floyd get after beating Baldomir for the WW title? He got Boooo'd out the arena, that's what. Then he went on to cry his eyes out.

Floyd would've gotten the fight with Oscar with or without Baldomir? Who the hell was Baldomir anyway? A very lucky journeyman who had his 15 minutes of fame for beating Zab Judah. I highly doubt Oscar was putting the pressure on Floyd to beat Baldomir in order to get a crack at him. Baldomir went from WW champ of the world, to instant sparring partner. He was nothing but a c-level journeyman.
OK, so if Floyd would have fought Margarito who was just a belt holder
then and gave up his shot to beat Baldomir the actual Lineal Champ of
the division which do you think would have helped him more with getting
the fight with Oscar? Fighting Margarito or fighting Baldomir? Who has
become the Lineal champ of that division since then? Baldomir only got
Floyd because he beat Zab, Floyd wanted them belts to build his stats
up, can you blame him? And for the record, Floyd left Arum because
Arum wasn't trying to make the De La Hoya fight and tried to offer
Floyd Margarito instead of working the Oscar fight. Also, Floyd was
supposed to get Oscar after he left Arum and Oscar post poned their
fight and Floyd was going to get at Cory Spinks at 154 but nobody
wanted it, so Floyd went for Baldomir. So in actuality, Floyd dipped
on Arum to chase his big money fight with Oscar, so it wasn't even
about Margarito at all. Who was Antonio Margarito if you got a
potential fight with Oscar De La Hoya? Come on man, I would have
did the same thing and hopefully so would you, if you were smart.

          PS
I forgot to state that Floyd was down to fight Margarito but
he wanted a 10MIL guarantee for Cotto/Hatton and a mega
fight with Oscar De La Hoya and Arum said NO WAY and Floyd
said Fllllluuuck you and Margarito I'm out.

Listen. The man in your sig gets much respect throughout the boxing world. He's fought everyone, and ducked nobody. Even when everyone was counting him out as an old man just looking for a paycheck, he still faced top comp. He fought Calzaghe, and even stepped in the ring with Pavlik when everybody wrote him off by saying Pavlik would KO him. So why is it that Floyd cant get this respect? I'll tell u why. Everytime there's a credible threat to Floyd's 0, he ducks, runs, and makes excuses. Cmon, i know you're a fan, but dont u see the pattern here?

Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."

That 8 million was fake. How could he give PBF 8 million to fight Margarito yet can't get him 10 million against Cotto or Hatton or 20 million against Oscar

On the other hand, when asked about a fight with Cotto, Floyd makes 100000001 excuses about why he doesnt wanna fight him.

"We’re rivals,” Cotto said. “Mayweather is a star of the sport and we’re in the same company. Mayweather was a great champion at 130 and 135. We don’t know about 140. When the company says the time is right to make the fight, I’ll fight him. I think it's a good fight. I know Mayweather's a great fighter. But I know I can beat him."
That is a BS quote in that link, Cotto doesn't speak english that well, and it just so happens your youtube link is broken......here's a link that isn't broken.
