C'mon, all you do is post messages about how Chris Byrd is the best defensive heavyweight of all time, about how his power is underrated, and about how Chris Byrd would stop Wladmir. You even goes as far as trying to legitmitize Byrd's devastating stoppage of Vitali. I'm just saying that there needs to be some reality on these forums.

I remember you said Chris Byrd would stop Wladmir because Wladmir lost all his confidence on a thread talking about Byrd's power. OK, CITA answer these questions:

1. Would Chris Byrd be able to turn the tables on Wladmir in a rematch? (We all saw what fighting Byrd can do to a fighters confidence i.e. Andrew Golata and Jameel McCline.)
2. What kind of power does Byrd have?
3. Was the Byrd victory over Vitali a true victory, or was it tainted by circumstance?
4. Is Chris Byrd the greatest defensive heavyweight of all time?

I Totally agree with this thread. It is hard not to pull for a fighter who is of the same national origin as your self. And there is nothing wrong with it either!!! So everyone should just let that slide if that is a persons reason for liking an athlete!!! It doesn't bother me at all.

It's cool to be proud of where you're from. But to get ridiculous about it and say **** like The Klitschko's would kill Ali and Dempsey, and that Tito is the greatest fighter of all time is ridiculous. Someone claimed that Tito scares the hell out of Hopkins, I wouldn't fear him if I was Hopkins. That **** looked easy! And all this name calling isn't cool. Why? Because a guy likes Byrd? Wait, so it was such a weak KD that it didn't require heart to get up from, yet it was basically the only thing TOS did all night. You can't have it both ways. Either Wlad clearly won the fight or the KD was more significant than you make it out to be.
