Looks to me like he has struck gold, seeing as this fight will be easy as you say it is.

So WHY didn't he want the fight tell me? And WHY is this fight going to be such a big event?
The big crowd is an indication of the Klitschkos' popularity in Germany. They have always sold out anywhere they've fought in that country - over half the TVs in Germany were tuned in to RTL to watch Vitali's fight with Gomez.

It has nothing to do with Haye - he's lucky to be getting this fight.

            Are you joking?

            Rahman - SAP Arena (15,000)
Thompson - Color Line Arena (16,000)

            and finally...

            Haye - Veltins Arena (70,000)

Haye is giving Wlad his most marketable and exciting fight in years, if not ever. How can you seriously suggest that the largeness of this fight has nothing to do with Haye?

i already repsect wlad as he is the best heavyweight out there atm. imo he's better than vitali at this stage, but outside the klit brothers there's a real big drop in standards of chalengers. thats not their fault but it is a very popular and justified opinion that the heavyweight division has no depth in talent, ie. its ****.
Wlad bores me watching him, i cant slag him for it too much cos his style has proven to very effective against his opponents, but, i just cant get excited about watching him fight.
Haye has changed that, im now looking forward for the first time in years to a heavyweight world title fight. Not just because of his mouth, but because he has enough power to KO Wlad, and unlike the rest of challengers, he has the speed, and confidence/balls to go for the big punch and leave himself open. Wlad's got a new type of fighter in the ring with him now, someone who really wants it, and will try and take the title of wlad and not go in trying to survive as long as possible.

IMO (assuming the fight isnt fixed!!!) Wlad will win by an easy KO as Haye will leave himself wide open and will be caught early. I'll give Wlad credit for beating a young, hungry, fast fighter. And then we have to find the next hope for an exciting heavyweight champ.
                I hope I'm wrong though!

Wlad would sell out any place in Germany regardless.

This time it's an outdoor stadium with a larger seating capacity. If Haye fell through, they were going to have a fight there with Dimitrenko.

A tiny percentage of people in the UK tune in to watch David Haye's fights. A MUCH, MUCH larger percentage of people in Germany (and elsewhere) tune in to Wlad's fights. Most people outside the UK have never heard of Haye.

Haye is VERY lucky, he will become better known now, fighting a genuine European star heavyweight.

I'll give him my uttermost respect. Yet that ain't going to happen IMO. The Hayemaker is going to give him an ass whooping that he ain't ever faced...

Wasn't Valuev vs Holyfield a sell out, with fans excited, cheering even though the fight was one of the worst of last year. If that garbage was in America chairs would have went flying into the ring.
