It's funny how people here overate Clottey, he couldn't even take out a shot overweight Corrales. Now all of the sudden Clottey is a huge power puncher who breaks people down when he hasn't had a KO in years. A lot of the people here talking **** have probably never seen Clottey fight. I have seen plenty of Clottey fights and if he couldn't take out Sharmone Alvarez, Judah it was a TD or Corrales what makes you think he's going to take out Cotto. Clottey is going to get beat and he's going to get beat bad if any of you fools want to put points on it I'm all in.

You're right. On the Clottey workrate, that is Clotteys weakness...his workrate is very poor, and I've seen him look lackluster before but against poor opposition. Alot of times with Boxers major fights is where elite fighters like Cotto and Clottey turn it up a few more notches.

If Cotto falls for the same thing against whom I consider a poor technical boxer in Shane Mosley, especially to a right cross, street fighters through that...what is he going to do against a man who mixes the punches up, to the body and face, who doesn't block with his head...like margarito. Who covers up, who is physically as strong and big as he is (judah wasn't). See Cotto has struggled and been fooled by lesser boxers(torres and mosley) and smaller weaker men( Judah and CorleY) Cotto can be timed. Cotto does not like to stalked, he likes to do the stalking. Clottey when stalked, meets his stalker and fights, no running.Clottey also times his punches vey well.All things Cotto has major problems with. Physical condition, goes to clottey, boxing skill, another for clottey, workrate....cotto....that can be easily neutralised. Who has the stronger chin is a no brainer, Clottey. Clottey wins in too many categories.

Also that right that Clottey shoots up the middle is very hard to see, he nailed Judah with it all night and truth be told, Judah isn't the easiest guy to hit, he's waay faster then Cotto, Cotto has been nailed by lesser boxers like Margo and Mosley, so when he fights a better boxer at the elite level, his weakness will be on the forefront. Its been a longtime coming for Cotto, this is it here. He's seen his best days, its Clotteys time.

Yep. Judah is a boxer. Quick hands, better movement and a powerful slick left hand. Cotto is not going to give you that. Comes in behind that snapping jab and get out. In late rounds, cotto gets careless when he has to go to war. Reason Cotto moved post to post against Rito, because he was never taugh I believe to use ring movement. Cotto shows no head movement. I think his earmuff defense take some away from him. Cotto over worked himself in the Rito fight. Cotto doesn't have a inside game either. If you are a small nobody guy, can't pose a problem (Gomez, Jennings) he will get you in the corner and beat the hell out of you. Guy's he can't do that, he gets in and out. Pauli, Corly, Judah, torres were small guy's that can hit. (Not Pauli) Cotto was bigger and can walk through them but ran into some punches at times. (Quintana) Please, who did he have on his resume people new about before he lost to Cotto? Never made any noise poise a threat at Welter. He beat Williams, was the best day of this career. Not counting Cotto out of this fight.

I also think some people are overrating Clottey but because he didnt KO alvarez,Judah or Corrales doesnt mean he cannot KO Cotto, Boxing works in a funny way and when a fighter is hungry/motivated then anything can happen.

Cotto alway brings the best out of fighters for some reason because they know if they beat cotto then their careers would never be the same, Saying that i still expect Cotto to handle is business and win this fight.

Cotto is gonna lose by a brutal Stoppage, I'd say by round 9. He's not knocking Clottey out, he wont be trading like he did against Mosley because Clotteys Defense is too effectibe for that.If he trades, you cant come back from being plastered and trade period. Hes taken waaaaaaaaaaay more punishment in his career than has Clottey...Fought Corley, nearly knocked out, Fought Judah, Nearly knocked out, Fought Torres nearly knocked out, Fought MArgarito...10th ound he was T.K.O's either waay plaster or no plaster it was the worst beating he had taken. Clottey walked Margarito down and was beating the **** out of him face to face, COTTO RAN an still took an L. No brainer folks....Clottey is gonna put it on him....Knowing how Cottto is I wouldnt be surprised if he gets disqualified for low blows to save his ass. Cause he'll low blow, rabbit punch,take a knee or give up before he getz completely K.O'd, Clottey is gonna finish him. Sorry but its only Logical..I think it's Clotteys time


With that being said, I think the only guy who can beat CLottey is Mayweather. Judah was winning on points but couldn't take anymore of the hitters hits....Mayweather is in better shape then Judah and slightly better. That my Opinion.
