If $$ negotiations stop Pac-Floyd from happening, who then has better options?

Bob Arum is starting to play hardball over the split of money in a potential Pacquiao and Floyd fight, and I know Floyd won't back down. If Arum is even remotely serious about Floyd not even getting a full 50% (which I highly doubt), there's no way the fight would be made. My question is, who has the better option for big money, entertaining fights in the event that Floyd and Manny don't fight?

I maintain that Floyd is the bigger draw, being an undefeated American fighter with unheard of speed and talent. Floyd would seemingly have his pick of opponents from 140, 147, or even 154. He could dictate all terms, and I think a Cotto or Mosley would favor fighting Floyd without worrying about this catchweight nonsense.

Manny has already beaten the top dog at 140 pounds, so I don't really see a fight with anyone else there very appealing. Definitely not mega fight status. I know that he would probably have to soften his stance on catchweights. I also don't think he would make nearly as much money as Floyd would as a PPV attraction. What do you think?

Floyd can fight Cotto or Mosley without starving them and the fights would be for belts if Cotto wins against Clottey.Mosley-Mayweather would be a great fight

Both Floyd & the Pacman are great champions who are basically fighting around the same weights so it would be a tragedy if they don't fight. But both of them have many other options & big fights they could make still.

Is the Mayweather-Marquez fight a 75-25 share in favor of Floyd?

Pacquiao's got the much better options. Pacquiao can fight for a welterweight belt and lose without hurting his legacy, and make millions of dollars while he's at it. It's a win/win for Pacquiao.

Meanwhile any fight besides Pacquiao would be high risk/low reward for Mayweather.

If A Pacquiao-Mosley fight happens on Oct 17 then theres really no other fight out there for Floyd. He cant fight the winner of Cotto-Clottey without hurting his negotiations for a Pac fight because it'll draw less than a Pacquiao-Mosley. But Floyd cant stay inactive without getting heavily scrutinzed for doing so either.

Floyd has a better chance to beat Mosley or Cotto so I'd say he has the better options, but I'm not sure if he wants those fights. Hope he does though. They'll both make about the same money with the same opponents.

Mayweather can fight Mosley, Cotto, Clottey, Berto, Williams. Mayweather is a real WW so he can actually match up with these guys and not get run over like Pac would. These foughts would also happen at 147 for belts instead of WWs starving themselves to fight Pac at a catchweight. Mayweather has a lot of options.

Pac either loses to Mayweather or loses to JMM.

                    Pacquiao.

IMO, Floyd only came back to fight Manny. I don't think he'd face Cotto, Mosley or Williams because of the risk/reward. None of the guys at 154 or 140 are an attractive proposition for him either in terms of $$$ or legacy.
