5 knockdowns later and Corrales' corner waving the white towel, we were witnesses to greatness.

I'm always curios with how they do the weigh-in on the fight day, are there rules when they are weigh like no gloves no robes no shoes or is it weigh anytime with anything. I have read somewhere that some intentionally want there weight to be high to gain mental advantage, not sure if its true though.

So if Miguel Cotto beats Kelly Pavlik, at welterweight, that's a great win for you? After all, Pavlik would outweigh him by at least 10 pounds in the ring.

Yes if Pavlik is already world champion at welterweight as Corrales was at super featherweight.

******ed example..Pavlik never fought at 147.

Diego was champion at 130...the fight was at 130.

            Stop making excuses.

Nobody said Diego was drained when he was knocking mofos out left and right.

Corrales had TEN pounds on Floyd..that is a HUGE advantage at 130.

First of all, Corrales wasn't a WORLD CHAMP at SFW. He beat Grandpa Garcia, who was a paper strap holder, for that strap.

Way to go rummaging through Boxrec, even haters more glorified than you give Floyd alot of credit for his win over Corrales.
