speed because most guys can't deal with an over achiever in the ring. Some guy throwing nearly every minute of every rd and so fast you can't react properly, resorting to a defensive shell to survive.

Power is good as well but you had better ko the dude early because taking 4 punches to the dome while trying to land just one yourself won't get you very far.

Im a speedy guy anyways. My punch clocked in at .18 seconds.

Speed does NOT = Power.

Power = Mass x Velocity

You also have to factor in the size of your opponent. If Nonito Donaire threw that same hook he KO'd Darchinyan with, at Juan Diaz. Juan Diaz would have looked at him like he was ******.

Never be confused with Speed as power.
