The Boxing equivalent to the UFC 100 card

I made a thread a while back where I made a boxing card that would be the equivalent to a UFC card just to give the ppl who don't know much about mma a perspective of just how impressive the UFC cards really are and why UFC is the fastest growing sport in the world.

Well since UFC 100 is coming up and this is probably one of the most impressive cards ever, I just thought it would make sense to do this thread again to remind ppl of why UFC is doing so well. so here goes...

    UFC - Boxing
    Lesnar-Mir = Wladimir Klitschko - Vitali Klitschko
    GSP-Alves = Mikkael Kessler - Lucien Bute
    Fitch-Thiago = Librado Andrade - Carl Froch
    Henderson-Bisping = Bernard Hopkins - Zsolt Erdei

And the rest of the undercard is not all that bad either. there is a spectacular unbeaten prospect in Jon Jones who can almost be compared to a David Haye in boxing.

This is why UFC is doing so well and will continue to do so well. Boxing is the better sport, but the way the UFC is being run in such an organized fashion, I have to believe that the overtaking of boxing in the ppv numbers is only inevitable.

ONE Boxing match amounts to a whole UFC fight card...
why? because it last a lot longer most the time and is much more entertaining..
That's why UFC has to stack their cards and Boxing doesn't
No matter what the quantity of fights UFC has.. it still dont amount to the quality of boxing.

so saying all that is the boxing equivilant to the card is B.S. IMO
All you need is one boxing match to outdue all of that.

Its easy to put on those cards when all the fighters are signed under one roof, which makes it easy to control match ups. Also money plays a huge part it would take alot more money to but on a event like that in boxing.

I think what he means is that the best possible fights are being made.

You can look at it that way or, you can say that UFC is closing the gap pretty quickly on a sport that had a 100 year head start.

gsp-alves are the top 2 ranked 170lbers just as kessler-bute are the top 2 ranked 168lbers.

henderson is a multi-division champion who is pretty much past his prime right now but still near the top of his division. the closest comparison to hopkins as there is.

bisping is the only one that I really had a hard time finding a comparison for. Erdei is the closest one I could think of. If you can tell me of another person who you think compares more to Bisping than just tell me and if I agree with it, I will change the original post.
