your right... the most he ever weighed was 207(at his peak fighting weight). Which is tiny compared to guys these days. My point is, he would be a very small heavy wieght. All things being equal i think he clobbers vitali, but vitali is just to big and to skilled for luis to overcome even with all the skill he possessed. I mean anything could happen but luis' had enough leaks in it for him to get tagged every now and then. Im just not sure he could hang in there with someone that much bigger then him. I mean if vitali was a lesser fighter then i say luis khtfo but vitali is very good in his own right. Great small man vs a very good big man

Definetly Vitali. even so i'm ukrainian 2, I vote for Vitali just because of Statistics.. Weight/height/reach.. and the most important that he is mentally "russian" which wouldnt let him (in his mind) go down agaisnt smaller guy
