As I said about Marciano, Louis is too small for Vitali. Not only that Vitali is very skilled and has rarely been hit cleanly in his entire career with the exceptions of Lennox Lewis, and Sanders hit him but not that cleanly. And don't give me weight doesn't matter bull****, Vitali is skilled and a good heavyweight if it were a ****ty heavyweight maybe I'd favor Louis or Marciano but you're talking about a good ****ing heavyweight.

Louis would have had no problems landing cleanly on Vitali. Louis is probably the most accurate power puncher in the history of the division.

Thats nice since Vitali only needs one punch to KO Louis or Marciano. Weight does matter and Vitali doesn't suck!!!

Common sense says Vitali would win...

I don't know about that. Vitali is a very good heavy with good power sure but I think you are significantly underestimating those guys.

when thinking about it automatically im tempted to say Vitali by KO, but Vitali never faced anyone quite like Louis. Joe did wax out bigger guys, but none of those big guys were on Vitali's level. Im not gonna speculate. But i dont think people should dismiss Joe's chances because of the extra 50 pounds.

Size would be a big factor, and Vitali has the power to hurt Louis. Vitali's style is robotic, and i think Joe would try to go to work right away. Louis had dynamite in his fists, and anyone could go down if a Louis combo nailed them, regardless of how big they are.

Vitali beats that version of Louis, I'll give you that. But aren't we talking about prime for prime here?

Schmeling was a solid fighter. It's not like Louis lost to a bum. Besides everyone knows Louis didnt put forth his best effort into the first fight.

Look at what Joe did in the rematch.

Vitali would have better luck against Marciano. But Louis himself was a big guy, cruiserweight today, but genuine heavyweight power. With tyson, louis was probably the best combination puncher ever.

An elite 200 pounder can put hurt on other guys who are bigger. At 200 pounds you big enough to cause damage.
