Options have value and Floyd has bigger options than Manny.Floyd is making $15 fighting Marquez ,he will make more fighting Mosley or Cotto.Believe me Manny wont get $10m fighting Cotto or Mosley,he wont get $8m fighting Valero so who has better options.
Floyd is a man given to much authority,to Cotto & Mosley he says come and they cometh.

Floyd is making a guaranteed $15mil against Marquez because Marquez had no bargaining power at the negotiation table. He has never been the A-side of a ppv. Its a win win for Marquez. He has a chance to make the most money he's ever made, and a chance to upset Floyd. If he loses, it was expected anyway. On the other hand, besides the money Floyd will make for this fight, he will get no props if he wins, and will be completely embarrased if he were to somehow lose.
