But there is a clear and obvious degree of delusion among his more fanatical fans, MANY of whom post on this website who seem convinced that after his last few fights he has been elevated to some kind of place where he is untouchable. He wins fights, but in MANY moments in his fights he has lousy footwork, loses his balance, throws wild punches, and displays a general lack of grace that someone like FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR. could and will exploit, brutally.

PAC is a CHAMP, and I respect the hell out of him as a fighter and a champion of great humility, so I don't want to hear all of you crazy pac fans start your ****ing crazy defensive bitching, and just try to use your heads.

Your boy is a great fighter, he's aggressive and he's pulled out some good wins in the last year - but you're ****ing delusional if you think that the Manny Pac who beat ODLH and HATTON can beat Mayweather. Full credit for those victories, but the opponents he was facing had nowhere near the timing, boxing intelligence, and speed that Mayweather has and UNLESS Manny and Freddy Roach can improve Manny even more, WHICH THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO, I'm not saying it's impossible, but unless they really improve some parts of his game you can and should expect Mayweather to pick Manny's bull-headed aggresion apart with clean shots all night.

Funny how quick people elevate their fighters after a couple of good wins. Reality always brings ya back down.
You must of bet your house on Delahoya and Hatton. Your post have been common considering the destruction of both DLH and Hatton. Obviously you dont realize greatness and appreciate a persons hard work and preperation. No way Pacquiao of 06' or earlier beats DLH and Hatton in a one sided fashion.

@TS PAC has not been only producing good to great wins for the past year, Manny has been competing at the highest level since 2003 and growing his body to a true 140lb ...

as good as PBF is, he has not fought anyone at PAC's level of speed, power, aggression and heart ...

Actually, I didn't bet the house on anything - but I did predict exactly how everything would go - including Pac's victories.

                  So suck, it, Pac fans.

Fantastic lol.. Just goes to show you can't say anything against Pac on here or you'll be lynched lol..

I agree with some of what you say in your original post about Pac. His wins over ODLH and Hatton were impressive, but to say it was pure Manny and not with the aid of clever and effective match making on Roach and Arum's part is wrong IMO. Oscar was only the favourite because of his size, so Pac's team take away the size - Manny weighed more than Oscar on the night. That says it all.

Against Hatton, Roach knew the no defense approach of Ricky was tailor made for Manny, hence his almost correct prediction of a 3rd round KO. Having said that, Manny still had a job to do and he did it in style, so props for him for that.

Mayweather will be a proper test for Manny, his first since JMM and we will truly see what he is made of. He struggled against JMM, but he has improved since then so that can't be seen as an indication that he will struggle against another pure boxer in PBF. Mayweather has to be the favourite, but you should never write Manny off. He keeps proving people wrong, and I can't help but sense he will prove people wrong again against Mayweather.
I think if PBF had real power in his shots, then Manny would have very little chance of winning. But Mayweather isn't a power puncher, and IMO Manny has more power which when combined with his speed and southpaw stance, will pose real problems for Mayweather.
