Why was Berto's opponent Urango chosen from a smaller weight division?

    It worries me that Berto has the WBC welterweight championship and we still have to excuse some very obvious flaws by saying he's green. Once you win a title, especially the green strap, you need to be ready to fight very good boxers to keep it. You can no longer piddle around and fight the lower tier of your division to grow. That should've been done prior to capturing that belt; regardless of the ability to secure it in the first place.
