See, this is EXACTLY what I mean. The majority of this thread is
bashing Floyd for not fighting Mosley but when he does fight Mosley
then Mosley will be too old? Come on guys, stop it. Look at what
Mosley said in an interview:



But didn't Mosley said that he wanted NO part of Williams
and Berto? Mosley is selling wolf tickets and trying to
create his hype off of Pacquiao and Mayweather.

To be fair 2 mosley, he said if he was P4P #1 then he'd fight anyone the fans want him to fight, even paul williams. AS IT STANDS MOSLEY IS NOT P4P #1.

I am 100% sure if/when he beats /PacMosley/Cotto the excuses
will pour in as to why he did and if you are going to debate me
on that then clearly there is no reason to post reply.

People who say well if he beats pac he wont get credit b/c he's too small. Sure people are gonna say that, but there is a huge groundswell for him to fight pac thats already documented ever since he took over the p4p mantle & his destruction of oscar & hatton.

There will always be another fight out there, but if fights at least 3 of those 4 I mentioned, win or lose, he'll have earned more respect and credit just for risking himself, than he ever earned in winning.

Prior to Holyfield's first fight with Bowe, there was this notion that Evander was more flash than substance, and even in a losing effort to Bowe, he began his own legend and won over all his critics that night, especially in that 10th round, even in losing you can still win.

My point is Floyd must be show a willingness to test himself that goes beyond just dollars and cents, when you possess that much talent, then you must inspire people with that talent. Talking about how talented you are is off putting, but testing that talent in the inferno and walking out to live and tell people about it, is the stuff legends are made of.

Fans must stop acting/talking like millionaires when they are not. You are fans not promoters! What do you care about money and who makes what? Who is a draw and who isn't? Stop drinking the cool-aid. You should want to see the best locking horns with the best, period end of story.

I mean its obvious that he is waiting on Mosley to get older, if he dont fight him now this year then might as well never fight.
