Cotto = Floyd and Pac's downfall!

Oh it's nothing personal...I'm not like most of the crazies on this forum. I get where you are coming from.

My opinion on the matter though, is that Cotto is one of the best fighters out there today. He still is not on Floyds level though(still have to see how Floyd looks in his upcoming fight).

I also think that for those that think just cause Cotto is "bigger" than Manny, would have another thing coming if they were to fight.

Cotto is a very good fighter, and I take nothing away from him, but there are a few fighters I think can beat him. Floyd, Pac, Clottey, and I also picked Margo against him.

Nah! I wasn't taking it personal. I think that Cotto could loose to Floyd and Pac, but I still think that he is one of the only guys out there that could also beat them. As for the Cotto/Marg fight...I was wanting Cotto to win, but I bet that Marg would beat him.

No- don't be nieve. Don't view Pacquiao's one-fight escapade against a weight drained Oscar De la Hoya as an indicative display of what Manny can do at 147. For all intensive purposes we haven't seen Pacquiao do **** at welterweight. The Pavlik comment was an example, just to illustrate the size differences.

If you think Manny will look like he did against Oscar against Williams, Cotto, Berto, and others at 147, you're being the idiot.

I like Manny Pacquiao but 147 is not his home, and I wouldn't even suggest he vacation there much.

Cotto isn't going to get put down like that. He's just more of a skill boxer- not to mention his size. Miguel has speed of his own, a good boxing aresenal, and he's going to force Manny to go rounds. He'll throw welterweight size into his body attack, making Pacquiao take punishment to the body, then he'll keep the movement up and wade into the middle rounds without issue.

Manny gets battered to the body so much that, by the 4th or 5th, he's not as mobile as usual, not as fast, and can't keep up with Miguel. Cotto ****s him up at will, gets a KO by the 7th or 8th.

That's my prediction.

Cotto's defense still has weaknesses Zab was hitting him with very clean shots and buckled him a few times.. I think Floyd picks him apart with straight rights and wins a UD maybe even a TKO.........Cotto beats Manny if they meet 145 and above

Miguel should focus on Clottey, then continue his reign at 147 as he was doing pre-Margarito. I don't want him moving down. He's a kingpin at welterweight and that's where he belongs now. Floyd shouldn't fight smaller men like Marquez, according to most, and I see no reason to give Miguel a pass, either.

I can see you're a Cotto fan but I find it funny that we all know- and you know it, too- that Manny Pacquiao is smaller than Miguel Cotto. So why would Floyd get **** for fighting Marquez, and yet Cotto fans be pleased at a Miguel-Manny contest?

i think ppl say it because cotto wouldn't be boxing around manny looking pretty on the ropes, hed go to the middle and fight and be a bloody event. that's why the double standard. floyd beats cotto.
