I also think Kelly Pavlik could beat Miguel Cotto.

Wait...what's that you say? Pavlik is a middleweight and has no business fighting a much smaller welterweight- that such a thing is impossible and, due to size and power, not something we'd like to see?

Well, that's exactly how I feel about Pacquiao-Cotto. Don't let Oscar fool you into thinking Manny can hang at 147 - and I don't even see Cotto moving down any, and if he did, I still think it's a bad idea. This is a guy who was able to brawl with Margarito; he's still a good fighter (though I have to see him against Clottey still).

Pre-Margarito Cotto wouldn't even find a proposal from Pacquiao on his desk- and I think some people are taking that loss too seriously.

Cotto could beat both. It's a matter of actually getting it done.

They would be interesting fights, I want to see him against Clottey before I start thinking about other things with him. They could be good fights, although it depends on how low Cotto would have to go to get a Pacman fight, if it is a couple pounds ok, but 4 or 5 is probably to much (consider how he last looked at 140).

With Floyd there is really no such issue, just a ***** of a fight to make because of Floyd (Haymon) and Arum issues.

Styles make fights and Cotto has a good jab and good body shots. While Pacquiao has something that bothers Cotto and that is higher work-rate to deal with. Margaritos workrate is what gave Cotto problems, even though he could have been getting hit by someone who was using plaster like most of us believe.
