    Rate Juan Manuel Marquez's Resume

    Juan Manuel Marquez.

    Professional record: 50wins 4losses 1 draw (37KOs)

Best wins of his career undoubtedly his last 2 wins. KO victories over Joel Cassamayor and Juan Diaz.

Arguably never really lost a fight. (But you could also argue he lost a few fights he didnt)

    Signature Rival: Manny Pacquiao

Other notable victories: Marco Antonio Barrera, Derrick Gainer, Manuel Medina, Robbie Peden

How would you rate Marquez's resume compared to other active fighters today.

Would you say he is Hall of Fame Lock?

He is where he should be, ranked #2 coz he lost to the #1, for me he's the #1. He's HOF material for sure.

but in skills Floyd's the better one

You cant be serious about Agapito Sanchez being a notable win in Marquez's resume.

Sanchez's draw with Pacquiao was a result of a cut on Pacquiao caused by an accidental headbutt and the fight goin to the cards after 4 rounds.

But regardless i dont consider Sanchez a notable win for Marquez. Good win...but not significant.

You dont get too many boxers, fight at an elite level at this age. Espeically not Mexican fighers. His resume just adds the cream to the top. Not the best record, or enough to garnish legndary/All Time Great status. But certianly Certified Hall of Famer.
