Has holyfield dominated any current champions or elite fighters recently?

It's not because hopkins is old that he's ranked pound 4 pound, it's the level of opposition he's fought, the way he's beat most of them and the way he lost (all extremely close, debatable).

How many p4p opponents has holyfield beat within the last 4 years? dont bring that **** in here. Dumb analogy.

Tarver was ranked #10 pound 4 pound at the end of 2005 (december and/or early 2006) and was the ring champion at LHW. They fought in June of 2006 so I assume he was still ranked pound 4 pound.
he was. when he beat glenn johnson in their 2nd fight, then beat jones jr (worst pay per view ever), he basically didint have another fight until he fought hopkins. He was definately still p4p.

i don't think hugging should factor into scoring a fight as much as clean punching which he clearly did more of than calzaghe. calzaghe hugged all fight vs bika and still got the "win" even though he got beat up in the process.

Its all smoke and mirrors Oscar! Most fights are won at the negotiating table. Like how your idol did during his rise! All smoke and mirrors!

Thats because of the rose tinted spectacle effect that Borehead Buttkins induces.
