i will kindy disagree wit u mang, cotto vs mosley 2 would go straight to boxing after dark, wont help boxing necessarily, i understand the clarity point but clarity doesnt always sell or bring in new fans to boxing. if it were ppv the numbers would be abysmal,no storyline ,nothing brah im sorry brah.

You should ask Freddy Roach that as he’s the one scouting Cotto on June 13th as a viable opponent for Manny.

Roach knows VERY WELL that Cotto is a natural WW as was DLH (though competing at junior Welter) and to meet anywhere lower would give Manny the advantage in not draining himself to make weight. Manny looked like King Kong fighting DLH at Welter and he would look just as destructive fighting a dry dehydrated Cotto. Roach strategy in luring him (Cotto) below his standard weight would only give the Manny camp full advantage. And, I agree with your statement “If Cotto's natural weight is not lower than 145, then they don't have business in the same ring.” Which is precisely the reason why Cotto is not opting to fight him any lower then that weight range.

2-Pac vs Mosley - mega fight might crack 1 million ppvs but wont beat pac vs oscar. Legacy fight for Pacquiao only, money fight for Mosley. Built in ready excuse for both fighter's fan base should either fighter lose. Mosley- too old, weight drained, Pacquiao - too small.

Yea i was thinking about putting pac vs cotto ahead of pac v mosley. but mosley is american & has some mainstream q- rating. cotto does not. I dont think cotto has broken through 1 mill ppvs yet. Mosley is a guaranteed ticket seller IF matched up with a superstar. So thats why i put pac v mosley ahead of pac cotto.
