He's not a Welterweight, his last fight was at Jnr Welterweight, which is his natural weight division. How long have you been following boxing?

Cotto-Mosley would be a pretty big fight too, IMO, and would be much healthier for the long term future of boxing, than Cotto-Pac at catchweight, because boxing needs to have clear champions instead of the top fighters at each weight avoiding each other using the excuse that fighting each other wouldn't make them enough money. That's the sort of argument Mayweather used to use, and IMO it's what's wrong with boxing.
mr rado , pac cotto may not sell quite as much as pac mayweather but it would definitley be a better fight style wise and action wise than all those other fights combined, cotto mayweather would be the highest selling , why i dont know that would be not nearly as exciting as cotto pac due to floyds track running tendencies.

TAKE THAT ARUM!!! You cant run from Mayweather no more, either put up or shut up. Nobody wants to see this Pac-Cotto you know what fight they want to see. Arum has no choice now, if Pacquiao-Mayweather doesnt get done, then we can truely say that Arum is ducking Mayweather like the swing flu, he did the same **** in 2005 with Cotto but he cant run no more. I'm looking foward to Pacquiao-Mayweather now!! this is great news!!!

1-Pac vs Fraud jr - 3 million ppv buys minimum. Biggest fight in boxing history since oscar vs tito. Legacy fights for both.

2-Pac vs Mosley - mega fight might crack 1 million ppvs but wont beat pac vs oscar. Legacy fight for Pacquiao only, money fight for Mosley. Built in ready excuse for both fighter's fan base should either fighter lose. Mosley- too old, weight drained, Pacquiao - too small.

3-Pac vs Cotto - mega fight, 900k ppvs, money & legacy fight for manny but maybe money fight for only cotto.

4-Fraud jr vs Cotto - super fight, legacy & money fight for both. 1.2 mill ppv

              5-Fraud jr vs Mosley-ditto

5-Pac vs JMM - mega fight, 800k ppvs, money & legacy figths for both.

              6-Cotto vs Mosley2: yawn.

Look Pacquiao-Mayweather would be a classic fight. Pac-Cotto is nothing but a savge beating for Cotto and nothing else. Mayweather has the speed to contend with Pacquiao and vice versa. The reason Pacquiao-Mayweather would be great is because Pacquiao would make Mayweather fight. and Mayweather is swinging alot more then **** gets crazy.

It's about time people are catching on to Manny and his camps games, always trying to call out true WW and trying to get them to drain themselves. All the big names are true WW, Cotto; Mosley; PBF; Berto; and up in coming Vic Ortiz. All these guys including Margarito will make tons of $$$ fighting eachother without having to jeopordize thier health by draing themselves to meet a smaller man........So good luck to Pac cause the big boyz don't need him.
P.S. ODLH was old and drained and Hatton was no elite boxer and JJM beat Pac twice.
