Clottey's defence is all wrong. He leaves his rib cage open for body shots and Cotto is the best in the sport at punching the body.

Mosley was coming foward in the first half of the fight with Cotto and had to change his strategy because his punches did nothing to cotto and Mosley hits a lot harder than Clottey + Mosley is a better boxer than Clottey.

I hope Cotto is able to redeem himself on June 13 after getting beat by loaded gloves last year. Then, I hope Arum gets him a big-time fight vs. either Pacquio, Mosley or Mayweather. Then he will regain the respect he deserves as one of boxing's P4P best. Cotto's one of the good guys in this sport and he deserves better than the way Arum treated him after Margarito was caught attempting to cheat vs Mosley.

Cotto is a great fighter. I felt bad for him when he lost his last fight due to the loaded gloves. Unfortunately, Clottey will win. He is Arum's boy, so he'll continue to get big fights.

Going to Florida and firing his uncle was a good move IMO. He needed get away from Puerto Rico and the distractions on the island. I would imagine he'll be well prepared mentally and physically for Clottey. Hopefully Clottey is ready, because I think we're going to see the best Miguel Cotto we've ever seen.

The pics I've seen of Cotto look of a man ready to claim the throne. He looks solid, well-conditioned and mentally focused.

I think Clottey is in for a hurting honestly. Cotto is going to eventually break that high guard. He's going to bomb at Clottey's body. Clottey's stamina is even more suspect than Cotto. I see a TKO in the championship rounds.
